On November 01, Anya Taylor-Joy and The Menu co-star Nicholas Hoult attended the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Stories Exhibition In New York. She gave a small interview to W Magazine for the occasion, read it below. Enjoy!
W MAGAZINE – The evening before Anya Taylor-Joy attended the opening of Jaeger Le-Coultre’s Reverso Stories exhibition in New York City, she dressed up as the ginger crime-fighting cartoon character, Sam, from Totally Spies!. “We had two options,” she tells me the afternoon following Halloween—which saw the actress, Ivy Getty, and Quincey Jones pulling off a group costume for Getty’s party in NoHo. “It was either Totally Spies, or different versions of Jennifer Coolidge—with fake lips.” (For the record, Taylor-Joy was a big fan of the anime series when she was younger. “Whilst we were getting ready [for Halloween], we were playing some of the episodes in the background,” she adds.)
On October 31, Anya Taylor-Joy attended her friend’s Halloween party in New York. She, Ivy Getty (also the host of the party) and Quincy Jones dressed up as the Totally Spies! Anya looked like she had a ton of fun as Sam. We can be happy to see Anya is following the SAG-AFTRA’s guidelines for Halloween costumes this year (read more about it here).
